Professor Michael Bourlakis is the Head of Operations and Supply Chain Systems Group in Brunel Business School and has recently initiated a fruitful partnership with CILT. He was the signatory to the partnership and selected various elements included in the Partnership, one of which is the student membership of MSc Global Supply Chain Management students to CILT as part of the programme. We are excited and proud to learn Brunel’s recognition by one of the leading sector organizations, the CILT.

“The Academic Partnership with the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT) is significant for our School and this plaque certainly reflects this. CILT is very influential in the industry, supports the forming of relevant government policies, and shapes the research in the area of logistics. We have an on-going relationship with the organisation and are excited about the visit from its Chief Executive. I believe that this partnership will further stimulate research in the Operations and Supply Chain Systems Group (OASIS) in the School, be beneficial for our students on the MSc in Global Supply Chain Management programme, and strengthen our links with the industry” said Zahir Irani, Head of Brunel Business School.
